What is your Return & Refund Policy?
We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If this happens, you can request a return within 5 days from the delivery date. You can submit your return request either by contacting our support team or directly through the Return Request option available in the “My Orders” section in the menu.
Once your request is submitted, our team will verify the issue and arrange a pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories. Your refund will be processed after the return item is successfully picked up and verified by our courier partner.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method, while Cash on Delivery refunds will be issued to your UPI or bank account. We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike, preference change, or size/color issues unless the incorrect item was shipped.
